About Me.

Hey there, I'm Sridhar, the brain behind GutFactor.com. Ever wondered what happens when tech smarts and real talk collide? That's what I bring to the table—an ode to product management sprinkled with practicality and a good dose of realness, just like the chatter at a bar with your buddies.

With over 20 years in the tech game, I'm not your average exec. I've been on this wild ride of innovation in AI, data, and e-commerce, straddling Fortune 500 giants and those cool garage startups.

At Rakuten, I was the data maestro—handling stuff for over 12 million active users. Also, took a spin at Motorola, leading the pack in analytics and AI across 50+ teams. Oh, the stories I've got from those days!

But wait, it's not all serious suits and corporate jargon. I've got a knack for shaking things up. From founding companies to sealing deals worth a cool $100 million with Google for their first Chromecast rollout in hospitality and healthcare.

Let's talk numbers! Managed the biggest video-on-demand platform in hospitality and healthcare—imagine, 1.2 million rooms and movies for 500 million visitors. That's one heck of a movie night!

Revamped a struggling marketplace with some 14,000 vendors, partnering with big shots like EventBrite, and bam—doubled the revenues in just six months. Can't say no to a success story, right?

But, hold onto your bar stools; I'm not just tech and numbers. I've got a thing for security, co-founded a web services security company called Quicktree, sold it to Citrix Systems and made processes as smooth as your favorite smoothie, slashing issues by 7x in no time.

And hey, the learning never stops! I've had my rounds at Cornell, Carnegie Mellon, and India's National Institute of Technology—so yeah, got the tech stuff covered.

So, if you're up for some bar talk that's both tech-savvy and straight-shooting, hang around. We're mixing up a good dose of product management wisdom with a side of realness.
